“I began my journey as a Speech-Language Therapist with a simple goal — to help individuals communicate. Over time, I realised communication cannot be addressed in isolation, and focusing only on speech was not enough. I began to look at the child as a whole — their regulation, strengths, and the challenges they navigate in everyday life. This shifted my work from producing words to supporting meaningful expression. As an independent practitioner, I offered online sessions to families across the world, and the need soon outgrew what I could do alone. I began building a team and a more structured approach to extend meaningful communication support to more individuals. Today, our work is shaped by collaboration, shared learning, and evolving practice, allowing us to support children with sensory, learning, and developmental differences in more responsive and grounded ways.”
Our Vision is to make communication accessible to all individuals.
At Subodha – Communication For All, we are committed to building inclusive pathways for all communicators — speaking, minimally speaking, and nonspeaking. Our work is especially rooted in supporting nonspeaking autistic individuals, who continue to be among the most marginalized. We combine evidence-based and data-informed practices with neurodiversity-affirming values, integrating AAC, assistive technology, and human connection to make communication accessible and usable in everyday life. Communication is a fundamental human right. It is how people connect, participate, and take up space in society. Grounded in the principles of Social Role Valorisation, our work focuses on enabling each individual to be seen, supported, and valued — not as service recipients, but as individuals with voice, choice, and purpose. This is not just clinical work; it is a shift in how we understand communication, inclusion, and belonging. If this resonates with you, let’s connect.”
